This is just a formal note to say how much we appreciated the great treatment Dad had with your company.
From my first phone call during the Easter break when I spoke to you, through to your prompt follow up call, to your visits to assess the situation with my Mother at home and Dad in hospital, the response was brilliant.
During your first interview with us, we discussed issues around safety, our specific requirements, and what options you had available. It became very clear that your company could deliver the care we were requiring and we were able to make plans to return Dad home with us as soon as possible.
The caregiver fitted in perfectly, with a combination of respectfulness for both my mother and father, helpfulness in the general situation and particularly in her caring and support for Dad. She also brought a wheelchair from your stock - this made things easier for us.
Dad was safe, as happy as he could be, and his every need was attended to. His wife, children and grandchildren were able to come and go through the days and nights to spend time with him.
My Mum, who had been very reserved about having a stranger in the house, found your caregiver to be enjoyable company and someone she felt safe to have around.
We extend these words to you, and the team at PHC (Personalised Home Care NZ Ltd).
Yours sincerely
Dr Christine Morgan MB.ChB. Dip Obs.FRNZCGP

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your staff for the fantastic care you have given Auntie over the past 9 months. Who would have thought we'd be in the position of sending her into Hospital care this far down the track. You guys have just been absolutely fantastic and have really gone above and beyond on many occasions and filled in staff at really short notice.
